Job Summary for NETCOBOL Developer (Irvine, CA - 92618)
- Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using Fujitsu NeTCOBOL.
- Analyze business and technical requirements to design functional solutions.
- Design, code, test, and deploy COBOL programs and batch processes.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
- Create and maintain Unix/Linux shell scripts for automation, scheduling, monitoring, and file processing.
- Perform system integration, defect analysis, root-cause investigation, and provide production support.
