Job Description
The Laboratory Computing Environment Contractor Function will:
  • Partner with Company Network LCE Engineer, responsible for the Laboratory Compute Environment, (LCE) design completion and testing. Participate in identifying any improvement opportunities with the Laboratory Compute Environment, (LCE)
  • Partner with Company Network LCE Engineer, responsible for the Laboratory Compute Environment, (LCE) documentation, including but not limited to:
  • Co-Lead the creation of the technical Step-by-step Implementation plan and Back-out plan.
  • Lead the completion of the project deliverable documentation:
  • Co-Lead LCE Design documentation creation
  • Co-Lead LCE Implementation documentation creation
  • Implementation/Operations Work Instructions
  • Implementation/Operations Check Lists
  • Co-Lead LCE Operational documentation creation

Qualifications
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience with Network infrastructure, Network Security, Cisco firewall, WAN/LAN topologies required
  • Industry certifications like, CCNA, CCNE preferred
  • 7 plus years working in enterprise network security infrastructure preferred
  • Extensive experience implementing technically complex projects required
  • Strong network domain expertise and experience with operational knowledge processes required
  • Must have excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain highly effective relationships, internally and externally
  • They want local people, or close enough to drive there for interview.
  • Must have good communication skills and DOCUMENTATION skills, so needs to be strong with that to meet with senior mgmt. and document things for them.
  • Pharma Experience preferred.
