Product Lifecycle Manager II (PLM II)
Position Summary
The Design & Build Services team is seeking a Product Lifecycle Manager II to support the management and growth of products and services within the Furnished Materials (FMAT) portfolio. This role is responsible for supporting product lifecycle activities including product development, sourcing, pricing, documentation, product releases, financial reporting, and ongoing portfolio maintenance.
The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Operations, and Product Management teams to support product offerings, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure products are maintained throughout their lifecycle. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Product Lifecycle Management
  • Support the day-to-day management of assigned products and services throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Assist with new product introductions, product enhancements, and product retirement activities.
  • Maintain product requirements, release documentation, and product records.
  • Support product release planning and implementation activities.
  • Maintain product catalogs, orderable parts lists, and related systems data.

Product Development & Support
  • Assist in defining and documenting requirements for new products and product changes.
  • Work with engineering and product development teams on product selection, qualification, testing, and release activities.
  • Participate in product testing and quality assurance efforts for new product releases and modifications.
  • Support documentation, storage, retention, and change management processes related to product development.

Financial & Pricing Support
  • Assist with product sourcing activities and pricing development.
  • Support monthly forecasting, reporting, and business performance reviews.
  • Collect and analyze product performance data to support business decisions.
  • Prepare reports and presentations related to product financial performance and forecasts.

Business & Market Support
  • Support business case development for new and existing product offerings.
  • Assist in gathering market information and product requirements from internal stakeholders.
  • Develop product presentations, process diagrams, and sales support materials as needed.
  • Contribute to efforts that support product growth and customer needs.

Stakeholder Coordination
  • Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Operations, and other stakeholders to support product initiatives.
  • Participate in Agile Scrum and Kanban activities including sprint planning and release readiness discussions.
  • Communicate product updates, changes, and release information to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support issue resolution and follow-up activities related to assigned products.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Telecommunications, Engineering, Software Development, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in product management, product lifecycle management, telecommunications, technology solutions, or a related field.
  • General understanding of product development and lifecycle management concepts.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze information and solve problems effectively.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to learn new skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within telecommunications, networking, wireless, or technology services industries.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
  • Experience supporting product releases, documentation, or change management activities.
  • Exposure to financial forecasting, pricing analysis, or procurement processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Success in This Role
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively support product lifecycle activities. They will be proactive in managing product information, coordinating with stakeholders, and helping ensure products are successfully maintained and delivered to meet business and customer needs.
As we are looking for a remote position, the disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. 1Finity aligns salaries to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each situation. The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The pay range for this position is estimated at$85,960 to $137,536 USD. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and individual performance.
