Position Overview

The Senior Service Technician serves as a technical expert, handling advanced troubleshooting, large-scale service projects, and mentoring apprentices and associates. This role ensures high-quality service delivery and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead service calls for complex system issues.
  • Mentor and train apprentices and associates.
  • Ensure all work complies with NFPA codes, manufacturer requirements, and regulations.
  • Interface with inspectors, contractors, and clients.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • 46 years of field technician experience.
  • NICET Level I or higher strongly preferred.
