Restaurant Kitchen Manager - Closed 1 Day/Week!


Our thriving, high-volume quick service restaurant is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to serve as a frontline leader of people, systems, and results. This is a role for someone who measures their own success by how well the people around them perform.


What You'll Do

  • Food Safety and Quality - Develop systems and hold team accountable
  • People Leadership & Development - Coach and develop team members and shift leaders through real-time feedback, observation, and consistent follow-up
  • Performance Analysis & Problem Solving - Track and analyze operational trends across service times, guest experience, labor, and productivity
  • Labor & Scheduling - Monitor labor productivity throughout each shift and support leaders in striking the right balance between efficiency and team wellbeing


What You Bring

  • 3+ years of management experience in quick service or fast casual
  • ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within first 90 days
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
