We are looking for a full-time Frontline Leader responsible for leading and supporting production team members on the flexible printing line. This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality operations while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Salary: Starting at $75k DOE

What You’ll Do:

  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve production goals.
    • Provide feedback and support for skill development and engagement
  • Production Oversight
    • Monitor daily operations to meet schedules and customer requirements.
    • Ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
    • Troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Safety & Compliance
    • Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety checks.
    • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Performance Management
    • Track KPIs such as efficiency, waste, and downtime.
    • Implement corrective actions to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Communication
    • Act as the primary link between frontline employees and management.

    What You Bring:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
    • 3+ years of related manufacturing process experience or printing environment.
    • Leadership experience with the ability to also work as a team

    • Ability to perform moderately complex problem analysis & Mechanical aptitude

    • Solid working knowledge of production processes and related manufacturing

    • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams and Outlook.

    • Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.

    • Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.

    • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.

    • Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.
