Talascend is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a contract opportunity with our client in Auburn Hills, Michigan.
Overview
This role involves providing high-quality customer service support within a large facility, managing incoming requests, and assisting with administrative and facilities-related tasks. It offers a visible position with interaction across all organizational levels and potential for internal growth.
Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming service requests such as temperature, maintenance, and restroom issues
  • Maintain accurate logs for tracking and follow-up
  • Support vendor coordination and open order tracking
  • Assist with administrative and facilities-related tasks during slower periods
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (engineering, finance, environmental, construction, etc.)
