Job description

Compensation: Up to $21.00
must be available weekends
The Front Desk Supervisor assists the Front Office Manager in administering front office functions and supervising staff. Directs and works with team members to carry out procedures ensuring an efficient check in and check out process. Ensures guest and employee satisfaction and maximizes the financial performance of the department.
The Front Desk Supervisor will:
Ensure exceptional guest service is being provided by the Front Office team. Interview, train, counsel, schedule and supervise Front Office team members. Manage the seamless movement of guests in and out of the hotel. Review all arrivals noting any special requests or challenges. Ensure proper credit policies are followed. Assist guests with services and requests.
Job Requirements:
Must have at least 2 years of hotel front desk experience. Front desk supervisory experience preferred. Opera experience preferred. Must be available during peak operating hours including nights, weekends, holidays and special events. Strong guest service skills are essential.
