Description
Hill City Sports Center is seeking friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Front Desk Staff to serve as the first point of contact for guests, athletes, and families. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth daily operations of the facility.
Front Desk Staff will assist with check-ins, customer service, scheduling, and general administrative support in a fast-paced sports and recreation environment.
Essentials Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome all guests, athletes, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handle check-ins, registrations, and facility access procedures
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
  • Provide information about programs, leagues, camps, and facility offerings
  • Assist with scheduling, reservations, and payments using POS or booking systems
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area
  • Support membership and program enrollment processes
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally or escalate when necessary
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
  • Communicate effectively with coaches, staff, and management
