We are looking for a detail-oriented Receptionist to support daily front-desk operations for a healthcare organization in Rochester, New York. This Contract position requires someone who can create a welcoming experience for visitors while managing calls, scheduling, and administrative tasks with accuracy. The ideal candidate is organized, service-minded, and comfortable handling a high volume of communication in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome patients, visitors, and staff in a courteous manner and provide front-desk support throughout the day.
• Manage a multi-line phone system, direct incoming calls appropriately, and relay messages with accuracy and professionalism.
• Coordinate and confirm appointments while maintaining an orderly and efficient schedule.
• Perform data entry tasks and update records carefully to support daily administrative operations.
• Prepare, review, and send email correspondence in a clear and timely manner.
• Organize, file, and retrieve documents to keep office information accessible and well maintained.
