Are you looking to join a positive, close-knit dental team that truly enjoys coming to work each day? Tampa Bay Dental Design is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated team member to join us at the front desk!

This is a flexible role that can be tailored to your strengths and experience, including front desk responsibilities, insurance coordination, and/or treatment coordination. You will be joining another team member up front and will split responsibilities based on your likes and strengths.

Position Details

  • Full-time or part-time opportunity
  • Competitive hourly pay: $17–$27/hour (based on experience)
  • Dental experience preferred
  • Software used: Curve (switched from Dentrix, still need to refer back to at times)
  • Bilingual is a huge plus as we have many Spanish speaking patients

Responsibilities May Include:

  • Greeting and checking in patients with a warm, friendly attitude
  • Scheduling and managing appointments
  • Verifying insurance and submitting claims
  • Presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options
  • Managing A/R
  • Supporting smooth day-to-day office flow
