Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and colleagues
  • Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless patient experiences
  • Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility accurately
  • Present and explain treatment plans and financial options clearly to patients
