Job Description Front Desk Administrative Coordinator Location: St. Charles, MO Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:45 AM-4:30 PM Lunch: Flexible 30-60 minute lunch break Position Type: Full-Time Compensation: $21.00/hour About the Opportunity CPAY Staffing & Recruiting is partnering with a well-established and growing company in St. Charles to find a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Administrative Coordinator

This role is much more than answering phones. You'll be the face of the organization, creating an exceptional first impression for customers, vendors, applicants, and employees while helping keep the office running smoothly. If you enjoy planning events, supporting employees, staying organized, and creating a welcoming environment, this is an excellent opportunity to join a company that values its people and culture.

What You'll Do Serve as the first point of contact by greeting customers, vendors, applicants, and visitors with professionalism and enthusiasm. Answer and direct incoming phone calls while providing exceptional customer service. Coordinate customer visits, meetings, and office tours to create a positive and memorable experience.

Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming front office and reception area. Plan and coordinate employee appreciation events, celebrations, wellness activities, and company functions. Help create a positive onboarding experience by preparing for and welcoming new employees.

Manage office supplies, coordinate vendors, and assist with facility-related needs. Support internal communications by distributing company announcements, updates, and employee information. Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team.

Assist with special projects and other administrative responsibilities as assigned. What We're Looking For Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, front desk, hospitality, customer service, or office support role preferred. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining a positive, professional attitude. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general office software. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently while supporting a collaborative team.
