Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Home Health & Hospice


PRN | Flexible Schedule | Albuquerque, Rio Rancho & Bernalillo

Billet Health is looking for compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing Home Health & Hospice team serving geriatric patients throughout the Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, and Bernalillo areas.

You'll have the flexibility to:

Most visits are approximately 45–60 minutes.


You will coordinate directly with your patients to arrange visit times that work for both of you.


What You'll Do

As a CNA with Billet Health, you'll provide compassionate, hands-on care while working alongside our RN Case Managers and Director of Nursing to support each patient's individualized plan of care.


Your responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting patients with activities of daily living
  • Providing personal care and hygiene assistance
  • Assisting with mobility and transfers
  • Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition
  • Supporting patient comfort and safety
  • Assisting with meals and other appropriate daily activities
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Communicating patient needs and concerns to the nursing team
  • Completing accurate and timely documentation

The Patients You'll Care For

Our Home Health & Hospice teams primarily serve geriatric patients in:

  • Private homes
  • Assisted living communities
  • Residential facilities
  • Other patient living environments

This is an opportunity to provide personalized care in the environment where your patients feel most comfortable.


What We're Looking For?

We're looking for CNAs who are dependable, compassionate, patient, and genuinely care about the people they serve.


Requirements:

  • Active CNA certification/license in the state of practice
  • Valid driver's license
  • Current auto insurance
  • Current CPR or BLS certification
  • Current TB clearance
    • Skin test within the last year, or
    • Chest X-ray within the last five years

Compensation

Visit rates are based on a 20-mile radius from your residence and include travel compensation.


Additional compensation may be available for patients located outside your assigned territory.
