Position Overview:
MLR.org is seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our client's dynamic healthcare team. In this pivotal role, you'll deliver expert anesthesia services across a variety of surgical and procedural settings, ensuring top-notch patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Anesthesia Administration: Safely administer anesthesia for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures.
  • Pre-Anesthesia Assessment: Evaluate patients' medical history, perform physical exams, and create individualized anesthesia care plans.
  • Intraoperative Monitoring: Continuously monitor vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels during procedures to maintain patient stability.
