Compensation: $370,000 - $380,000 / year
Description
Join our practice in Albuquerque, NM, where CRNAs and MDs practice independently in a collaborative anesthesiology team. You'll join a collegial team of CRNAs and anesthesiologists who prioritize interprofessional collaboration to ensure we provide our patients the best possible anesthetic care.
CRNAs will practice to the full scope of their license and independently perform all pre-ops, anesthetics, PACU management, blocks, lines, etc. A facilitator is available to help run the board, for consultation, and for a second set of hands in an emergency. Willing to mentor for blocks and lines. This is an excellent opportunity for a CRNA who wants to escape the ACT and begin independent practice or a motivated new graduate hoping to practice to the full scope of their license.
NO CALL.Four 9-11 hour workdays per week (CRNAs finish their rooms)
Weekend day coverage requirement: 6 weekends per year.
Case Variety: general, ortho, ENT, bariatrics, plastics, GYN, peds dental, GI, urology, spine, neuro, optional OB.
No trauma, cardiac, thoracic or peds.
COMPENSATION DETAIL
$370-$380K (hourly)
1099 Practice
$60K Sign-On/ Relo Bonus
8 Weeks Off per Year
