Job Description
Your Impact:
The Regional Trainer is responsible for coordinating and conducting comprehensive training programs covering fragrance, makeup, and skincare, with a primary focus on the North America region, and the flexibility to support key events in Latin America. In addition to training, the Regional Trainer will provide crucial support for back-office tasks and participate in sell-out events and promotional activities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Day-to-Day Missions
Product Training
  • Develop and tailor training programs for skincare, fragrance, and makeup to suit diverse audiences, including beauty consultants, office staff, cruise employees, and retail operators.
  • Conduct engaging in-class and in-store training sessions with a hands-on approach.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate Dior techniques and services at the point of sale.
  • Adjust training materials and methods to meet specific audience needs proactively.

Logistics and Coordination
  • Manage the end-to-end logistics for training events, which includes ordering, overseeing product and tool deliveries, and ensuring adherence to the brand's guidelines and processes.
  • Handle hotel reservations, catering arrangements, flights, and transportation within allocated budgets for beauty consultants.
  • Facilitate credential requests and collaborate closely with field teams and operators to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure all essential materials for training sessions are readily available, including modules, handouts, displays, kits, products, and digital content, while effectively managing the allocated budget.

Specific Training, Events, and Projects
  • Contribute to the organization of product "reveals" and common productions suitable for multiple regions.
  • Lead and facilitate inductions for new employees (both corporate and field) and maximize group sizes by merging populations based on language.
  • Support the Senior Training Manager in various projects and tools as needed.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and presentations during Regional Seminars and Sales Cycles/Go to Market events.
  • Coordinate credential requests and assist the Retail and Training team in organizing the Beauty Consultant seminar, including attendee list management, translations/proofreading, printing, item procurement, shipping, and transportation.
  • Offer timely support for content creation, translations, and proofreading as required, especially for organizing various sessions such as retail groups and Beauty Consultant seminars.

Support to the Retail & Training Department
  • Serve as the interface for the Retail and Training department in Miami offices, overseeing deliveries of products, uniforms, local tools, POSM, and fragrances.
  • Manage local material dispatch and distribution to teams in line with established guidelines.
  • Provide support for Novelties collections deliveries, inventory management, and storage.

Qualifications
PROFILE
  • Proficiency in English (knowledge of a second or third language is a plus).
  • Willingness to travel extensively locally and internationally, up to 60-70% of the time.
  • 5+ years of experience, with at least one or two years in an education or training role referred.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Proven experience in a training/teaching role.
  • Thorough understanding of the beauty and luxury industry (credentials from other beauty brands are an advantage)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Must be based in the Miami regional corporate office.
