As part of the Multilingual Production Line of Business, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing translation projects with CAT tools (with multilingual target languages)
  • Preparing briefings for every kind of linguistic tasks: translation, post-edition, proofreading, QA for website, SEO
  • Scheduling tasks for in-house translators and proofreaders
  • Negotiation with freelance translators (tasks to be carried out, deadlines, rates)
  • Follow-up of translators ("technical" support, details on instructions)
  • Contacting clients for content approvals
  • Preparation of the files to be delivered
  • Updating of team tools (customer files, supplier files)

Desired Profile

  • Higher education in languages or translation
  • Familiar with linguistic project management
  • Working languages: High level of English and French required
  • Appreciation for a dynamic, multicultural work environment
  • Team player, interpersonal skills, adaptability, multitask-oriented
  • Excellent knowledge of Office tools, interest in new technologies, computer savvy
  • Experience with Trados Studio
  • 1-2 years of experience

Conditions:

  • Permanent Full-Time Contract - 40h/week
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 09:30 to 18:00
  • 23 days of holidays + flexible public holidays
