- Operative Abwicklung von Luftfracht-Exportsendungen
- Auftragserfassung und Auftragsbearbeitung in CW1
- Eigenständige Koordination und Planung der Vorläufe
- Abwicklung inklusive Abrechnung und Verbuchung der Eingangs- und Ausgangsbelege
- Kundenbetreuung und Reklamationsbearbeitung
- Erstellung von zollrelevanten Dokumenten
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohe kommunikative Kompetenz und sicheres Auftreten sowie Service- und Kundenorientierung
- Sicheres Zeitmanagement, Flexibilität, Selbstständigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
- Sobald Berührung mit dem Luftsicherheitsbereich besteht, wird eine gültige Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung (ZÜP) und eine gültige Luftsicherheitsschulung erforderlich sein. Bei nicht vorliegen, verpflichtende Bereitschaft zur Durchführung der ZÜP sowie der entsprechenden Schulung
