Job description

Pay Rate: $53.71- $60.00 / hour, depending on years of experience


Centurion is proud to be the provider of mental health services to the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services.  We are currently seeking a Full-time Day Shift Registered (RN)-MH to support our substance use disorder (SUD) program in the Baltimore Region.


The Addictions RN conducts nursing practices and procedures relative to substance use addiction services/medicine and provides direct care to individuals with substance abuse issues and addiction.  This person must be familiar with substance use, treatment modalities and detoxification protocols. RN will take a lead role in OTP documentation compliance, chart auditing, and DEA-audit readiness, working closely with the SUD Program team to prepare records and reporting for regulatory review, in addition to providing direct patient care


Available Shift: 40 hours per week with rotating weekends

  • Licensed RN with an active license to practice in Maryland
  • Minimum of two years of experience working as a RN in a community or correctional based substance abuse clinic
  • Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ BLS
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
