Our team manages incoming leads, client onboarding and ongoing support for law practices nationwide.Our Legal Intake Specialists serve as the premier point of contact for individuals reaching out to our partner law firms. In this position, you will be responsible for evaluating and qualifying incoming inquiries, delivering compassionate customer care and ensuring a smooth, professional onboarding process from the very first call. Requirements:Location: Must reside in Arizona (We do not hire out of Flagstaff)Availability: Must be able to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) and be available for Holidays. Experience: Prior Experience in customer service, call centers, sales or hospitality (legal industry preferred).Technical Skills: Proficiency using computers and multiple screens/systems.Typing Speed: Minimum of 35 WPM.Maintain high productivity, accuracy, and reliability standards by utilizing your time and system tools effectively.Being Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a plus!Tech/Internet Requirements: This is a remote position that requires dedicated home setup.
