As the Executive Producerย overseeingย B2B events, you willย ensureย all aspects of a program are successfully delivered to the client while managing its fiscal health. You will lead teams, foster career growth, and execute a wide range of complex, multi-faceted programs. You have extensive experience working across multiple types of offerings and client industries and are recognized as a team leader, working across departments seamlessly.ย 

What you'll be doing:ย 

  • Ensure all programs are adequately staffedย 
  • Team is supported, has a voice and a championย 
  • Responsible for the fiscal health across all programs and accountย 
  • High level understanding of all projectsย 
  • Flexibility to execute a program as neededย 

ย With our clients:ย 

  • Participate in the development of integrated solutions that leverage agency offerings and are mutually beneficial for the client and the agencyย 
  • Guide the development, writing and presentation of incremental program proposals, scopes of work,ย schedules,ย and staffing plans as they relate to solutions. Ensure client SOW template and invoicing details are followed. Work with team to ensure the project changes are clearly communicated to client and approved.ย 
  • Build and maintain effective client relationships, ensuring that all client's needs are heard,ย understood,ย and addressed in a timely wayย 
  • Ensure consistency between programs and processes and ensure clear communication to the client regarding roles and responsibilities, scope, budget,ย schedules,ย and program status/ action itemsย 

ย With our teams:ย 

  • Working with the core leadership teamย toย manage the program process from creative through execution using Jack Morton processes and tools.ย 
  • Ensure regular team meetings and manage communications between team members, ensuring all deadlines are metย 
  • Coach and oversee junior team members on execution of all individual job detailsย 
  • Provide learning opportunities for team members - both internal andย freelance. (Reconciliation, updatingย Procim,ย etc.)ย 
  • Work in partnership with Resource Manager to provide smooth team integrationย 
  • Participate in Creative Brief processย 
  • Continually look for innovative solutions and production methodsย 
  • Execute the integrity of the creative treatment in all deliverablesย 

ย Budget Management:ย 

  • Develop and manage budgets up to $5 millionย 
  • Active participant in finance meetings and communications - including forecasting meetingsย 
  • Oversee all projects and manage third party costsย 
  • Develop and actively manage vendor/ freelance talent relationshipsย ย 
  • Review all program reconciliation and program costs against budgetย

  • 10-15 years of event / experiential production experienceย ย 
  • Ability to travelย includingย internationallyย 
  • Strong program management, organizational and communication skillsย 
  • Strong project teamย management skillsย 
  • Demonstrated production competencies: client focus, accountability for results, team effectiveness, developing others, attention to detail,ย flexibility,ย and professional confidence.ย 
  • Savvy in Microsoft teams/SharePointย and/orย Procimย a plusย
