Your contribution to success
  • Design and implementation of the SAP strategy within the group (roadmap, architecture, standards).
  • Participation in the strategic development of the entire SAP system landscape.
  • Ensuring stable and efficient SAP operations (including performance monitoring, incident management, and initiation of proactive measures).
  • Planning, management, and active operational participation in complex ERP projects.
  • Effective stakeholder management and coordination of external partners (consulting firms, freelancers, service providers).
  • Central point of contact for specialist departments and business owners – from requirements gathering to solution finding.
  • Technical and disciplinary management of the SAP application teams – including coaching, promoting, and developing your employees.

  • In-depth, broad knowledge of the entire SAP system landscape, SAP architecture, and cross‑functional modules and business processes
  • Proven experience in technical and disciplinary leadership of teams, with a motivating and employee‑oriented attitude
  • Proficient in managing complex SAP projects, ideally using agile methods and with international experience.
