Job Summary:
RIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Solution Architect to work on innovative solutions in the healthcare sector. The role involves end-to-end solutioning with a focus on APIs, microservices, and cloud technologies, particularly in integration with systems like Salesforce and Kafka.
Responsibilities:
• Must be a true Solutions Architect....***they will reject Tech Leads, Tech Architects, Java Architects, Enterprise Arch, Integration Arch***
• Must have Cloud.
• Salesforce exp. a plus
• Should have HC exp
• They had been building in their Salesforce Contact Center to build parity, but moving to Train D working on more innovative solutions to optimizing experience in GPS program within CVS and across different systems they have to provide augmentation to call center reps and agent services to determine course of call.
• Cloud GCP
• Exp with Integration with Kafka for integration / streaming
• Salesforce would be nice to see,
• The technology in AI space refreshes itself every 6-9 months, hard to find folks that have long tenure with any given tech.
• Must be good with Cloud
• Healthcare preferred or adjacent verticals such as Finance or Insurance.
• Long term contract - into next year. Approx 12-18 months
• Must be able to convert to FTE. Not a guarantee but they want they option.
• Three major programs in scope:
• Guided Personal Service (GPS) program – A large solution Scaled Agile framework-based (SAFE) program consisting of 3+ agile release trains. Primary stakeholders support our Healthcare member and provider contact centers. We are in year 7 of a multi-year journey to expand support for additional lines of business in support of our business team's mission. We are currently focused on integrating Medicaid into GPS.
• Member Experience (MX) – A single Agile Release Train SAFE program with the goal of increasing the satisfaction and decreasing friction of Healthcare's members through timely digital communications, enhanced digital experience and data/analytics.
• Your Healthcare Virtual Assistant (YAVA) / Live Chat – A hybrid/SAFE program with the objective of delivering a world class voice/chat self service capability replacing our heritage IVR's with Conversational AI.

• Must be a true Solutions Architect
• Must have Cloud experience

• Must be good with Cloud
