Y:We are seeking an experienced HR professional to support our US operations. While most HR services are administered through our Professional Employer Organisation (PEO), this role will work closely with the PEO to ensure efficient HR operations, compliance with employment legislation, and a seamless employee experience. Key responsibilities include HR coordination, employee record management, policy administration, and support for employee-related processe

s.In addition, this role will serve as a strategic HR partner to the Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of Technology, supporting organisational effectiveness initiatives, talent development, succession planning, leadership capability building, and workforce planning to enable business growth and long-term organisational succes
