Overview
As a copywriter, you will be responsible for crafting compelling written content-such as headlines, taglines, and scripts-while partnering with an art director to develop cohesive, persuasive campaigns that effectively align with brand strategy and effectively communicate the intended message, engaging the target audience.
This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.
Responsibilities
  • Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for various media (digital, print, TV, radio, social, etc.).
  • Collaborate closely with art directors to execute integrated advertising campaigns.
  • Develop headlines, taglines, scripts, and body copy that match the brand voice and campaign goals.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute original ideas
  • Adapt tone and messaging to suit different audiences and platforms
  • Revise and refine copy based on internal and client feedback
  • Stay informed on industry trends, consumer insights, and competitor messaging
  • Ensure all copy is accurate, on-brand, and delivered on deadline
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client's products and services

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in advertising, marketing, communications, journalism, English, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a portfolio showcasing creative and persuasive work.
  • Understanding branding, marketing strategy, and consumer behavior
  • Collaborate effectively with art directors, strategists, and clients.
  • Experience with multiple media formats, including digital, print, video, and social media.
  • Time management and adaptability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) a plus.
