  • Monitor project status, resolve conflicts efficiently, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Partner with Creative Directors to review major deliverables, imagery, strategic briefs, style guides, and final output.
  • Support onboarding, documentation, workflow development, and adoption of new processes.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and strengthen relationships across stakeholder groups.
  • Ensure adherence to internal SLAs, QA standards, and campaign-launch requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of account management or client services experience in a creative production environment or media agency.
  • 3+ years of experience managing or consulting on digital media campaigns across display, video, social, search, and programmatic channels.
  • Strong knowledge of digital media metrics and optimization concepts, including CPM, ROAS, CPC, and CTR.
  • Experience developing media strategies and translating client objectives into measurable campaign plans.
  • Proven client-facing experience with proactive risk identification, solution development, and conflict management.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong project-management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, ethics, integrity, initiative, and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience growing and managing high-value business relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement long-term strategic creative or media plans.
