Welcome to the Tapestry Family
Tapestry Hospice & Palliative Care is family-owned and operated-not a big corporation-and we're proud of it. For more than 16 years, we've been caring for patients and families across North Georgia with the compassion, dignity, and respect they deserve.
At Tapestry, we don't just say "like family"-we live it. That promise extends to our patients and our teammates. If you're looking for a place where your work is appreciated, your voice is heard, and your heart for hospice care truly matters, you may have just found your home.

We're growing and looking for an exceptional Registered Nurse On-Call (RNOC) to join our Care Family. You'll work alongside an incredible interdisciplinary team-physicians, nurse practitioners, RNs, LPNs, CNAs, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers-all united by one mission: providing comfort, peace, and compassion when it matters most.
What You'll Do
As an On-Call Registered Nurse, you'll provide holistic, skilled nursing care to hospice patients and their families outside of normal business hours. Your role is essential in guiding patients with dignity and supporting loved ones with confidence and compassion-especially during critical moments.
In this role, you will:
  • Provide comprehensive patient assessments and care using the nursing process
  • Collaborate closely with the Interdisciplinary Team
  • Perform admissions, follow-up visits, and patient pronouncements
  • Manage pain and symptoms with confidence and expertise
  • Educate patients and families and evaluate outcomes
  • Offer compassionate support to families at the time of death
  • Maintain high standards of clinical competence and professionalism

What We're Looking For
Required:
  • Active Georgia Registered Nurse license
  • Ability to work a 7 days on / 7 days off rotation
  • Strong clinical assessment and time-management skills
  • Comfort performing admissions and pronouncements
  • Passion for patient-centered, compassionate care
  • Ability to work independently while remaining connected to the team

Preferred Experience:
  • Hospice case management
  • Critical Care, Surgery, or Oncology nursing

Why Nurses Choose Tapestry
We take great care of our caregivers.
What we offer:
  • Competitive compensation packages
  • Health, Dental, Vision, Life, STD & LTD insurance
  • 401(k) with up to 6% match after 90 days
  • Mileage & cell phone reimbursement
  • Birthday Holiday - a paid day off plus $100 to celebrate YOU
  • Paid referral program
  • Tuition reimbursement opportunities

Come Where You Matter
At Tapestry Hospice & Palliative Care, you're more than an employee-you're part of something meaningful. If you're ready to make a difference, feel valued, and join a team that truly cares, we would love to meet you.
Apply today and become part of the Tapestry family!
