Company Overview

Mosquito Shield is the leading residential mosquito and tick control service with owners across the United States. Each Mosquito Shield location is independently owned and operated by local entrepreneurs who rely on the systems, support, and expertise of our home office team.

At Mosquito Shield, our mission is simple: help franchise owners build strong, successful businesses that deliver exceptional service to their communities.

Position Summary

  • Coordinate with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and supply chain to resolve franchisee needs.
  • Assist with onboarding and supporting new franchise owners entering the system.
  • Help prepare and organize franchise meetings, calls, and training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure franchise owners have clear and consistent information.
  • Build strong working relationships with franchise owners and internal teams.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with franchise owners and internal teams.
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets, internal systems, and operational tools.

Why Join Mosquito Shield?
