We’re growing—and we’re looking for a high-performing sales professional to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. This isn’t a transactional role. It’s a consultative sales career where you’ll help motivated entrepreneurs achieve their dream of business ownership, while making a measurable impact on the growth of our franchise system.
The ideal candidate will be persistent, resilient, able to close with confidence and motivated by results. They should have strong business acumen, excellent timeline management skills, and a proven track record of moving qualified prospects through a structured, proven sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct consultative sales to potential franchisees
  • Manage sales pipeline and CRM system
  • Educate and consult prospects on the brand, business model, and ownership expectations
  • Build and nurture strong relationships throughout the sales cycle
  • Close sales and meet sales targets
  • Understand and navigate the sales cycle
  • Utilize intangible sales techniques to drive results
