Job description

About this Position

At Franchise Sidekick, we help people live life on their terms through business ownership, and weโ€™ve helped place over 10,000 franchises along the way. Weโ€™re a franchise advisory company on a mission to make the franchise buying process easier, smarter, and less risky. We do this by combining decades of experience, smart technology, and a peopleโ€‘first approach to guide aspiring entrepreneurs toward franchise opportunities that truly fit their goals, lifestyle, and investment level.

Weโ€™re a growthโ€‘phase company driven by purpose, grounded in values, and fueled by the idea that work should feel both meaningful and collaborative. Our team is built on trust, transparency, and genuine support where people show up with passion, share ideas openly, and celebrate wins together. Every Sidekick plays a role in helping clients discover the freedom and fulfillment that can come from owning a business. And we have a lot of fun while we do it.

Role Overview

As a Franchise Specialist, youโ€™ll serve as the very first touchpoint for individuals exploring franchise ownership. The quality of this first conversation sets the tone for their entire Sidekick experience. Your role is structured, consultative, and highly relational. Youโ€™ll guide leads through 10โ€“15 minute introductory conversations that uncover their goals, motivations, financial readiness, and expectations while helping them feel confident, supported, and clear on next steps.

This is not a closing role. Itโ€™s a professional guidance role rooted in active listening, emotional intelligence, and the ability to lead someone through an important decisionโ€‘making process with calm confidence.

Youโ€™ll ensure clients are qualified for the Sidekick process, normalize financial conversations, handle early questions or objections with empathy, and ultimately schedule them for an Advisor Call โ€“ the next step in their journey.

  • Are emotionally intelligent and pick up on tone shifts, hesitations, and emotional cues.
  • Bring daily discipline, grit, and resilience to highโ€‘volume, backโ€‘toโ€‘back client conversations.
  • Are highly organized, coachable, and detailโ€‘oriented with strong followโ€‘through.
  • Enjoy being outcomeโ€‘focused and understand that your primary goal is guiding leads to the next step: the Advisor Call.
  • Value collaboration and enjoy supporting teammates to improve the overall lead experience.
  • Enjoy working in a highโ€‘accountability, highโ€‘reward environment where success is measured by both client outcomes and sales performance.
  • Believe in the power of business ownership and are excited about helping others explore a new path to freedom and fulfillment.
  • Are highly organized, internally motivated, and thrive in a goalโ€‘driven, accountabilityโ€‘focused team.
  • Enjoy being part of a purposeโ€‘driven company where your work directly contributes to our brand, mission, and growth.
