Own the Moment – Guest Experience & Operations Specialist

Employment Type: Temporary / Project-Based
Duration: Approximately 3–4 months
Compensation: Approximately $1,000 per week
Work Environment: Field-Based / Multi-Unit Operations

Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic, people-focused individual to support the rollout and ongoing execution of our Own the Moment guest experience program across 12 restaurant locations.

This role is designed for a recent college graduate or current student studying Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Management, or a related field who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in multi-unit restaurant operations, leadership development, and customer experience.

The position will work directly with Store Managers, Team Leaders, and restaurant teams to improve guest interactions, strengthen leadership accountability, and build consistent service standards across all locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visit multiple restaurant locations each week to observe guest interactions and operational execution.

  • Introduce and reinforce Own the Moment program expectations.

  • Coach Store Managers, Team Leaders, and team members in real time.

  • Develop store-specific action plans and follow up on progress.

  • Identify recurring opportunities affecting guest satisfaction and operational consistency.

  • Recognize strong performers and share best practices across locations.

  • Coach restaurant leaders to take ownership of guest service standards.

  • Provide weekly visit summaries, progress reports, and recommendations to leadership.

  • Prioritize additional coaching for locations requiring greater support.

The role will initially focus on launching the program across all 17 locations before transitioning into ongoing coaching, accountability, and leadership development.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

  • A recent college graduate or current college student.

  • Friendly, confident, and comfortable interacting with different personalities.

  • Strong in communication and relationship building.

  • Observant, organized, and detail-oriented.

  • Comfortable giving constructive feedback and coaching others.

  • Able to work independently and travel between multiple restaurant locations.

  • Interested in operations, leadership, marketing, and customer experience.

  • Flexible to work during different dayparts based on business needs.

Program Goal

The long-term objective of Own the Moment is to create a culture where every Store Manager and Team Leader consistently takes ownership of the guest experience.

The successful candidate will serve as a coach, mentor, and leadership partner, helping restaurant teams build sustainable habits that improve guest service and operational consistency.

The initial assignment is expected to last approximately 3–4 months, with the possibility of extension or transition into another opportunity within the organization based on performance and program results.
