Job Description

This individual is a vital link in our franchise development process. This role focuses on the tactical execution of franchisee funding and the collection of corporate receivables. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective franchisees as they navigate financing options and will ensure all equipment and package funds are collected on time.

  • Franchisee Funding Navigation: Act as the dedicated point of contact for prospective franchisees, reviewing their financial profiles and matching them with approved lending partners (SBA, conventional, and alternative funding).
  • Lender Relationship Management: Maintain and optimize a "menu" of diverse funding products. You will be the daily liaison with our national and regional lenders to ensure loan applications are moving through the pipeline.
  • Capital Product Sourcing: Proactively research and identify new or emerging financial products (e.g., equipment leasing, ROBS, unsecured lines of credit) to provide our franchisees with a competitive edge.
  • Receivables Oversight: Coordinate the collection of essential start-up funds, specifically focusing on equipment packages and initial brand requirements as they fall due.
  • Pipeline Tracking: Maintain real-time updates in our CRM on the funding status of all candidates, providing the development team with visibility into which projects are ready for construction and launch.
Qualifications

This is a high-impact role where your success is directly visible in the growth of our brands. You aren't just crunching numbers; you are the primary catalyst that turns a candidate's dream of business ownership into a reality.

  • Experience: 2+ years in commercial lending, franchise finance, or a similar role.
  • Financial Literacy: Deep understanding of SBA (7a and 504) loans, and credit/ underwriting in general.
  • Relationship Management: Proven ability to manage high-level partnerships with financial institutions, prospects, and the internal sales/ operations team.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex financial products into clear, actionable advice for entrepreneurs.
  • Organization: Strong proficiency in CRM systems and financial tracking software to manage multiple "funding files" simultaneously.
