TurboCheck is looking for an experienced Fractional Recruiter to help us build our team.
We're a fast-growing recruiting technology company focused on helping employers detect candidate fraud, fake resumes, proxy interviews, and identity misrepresentation before candidates reach our clients.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a recruiting partner who can help us attract exceptional talent across engineering, product, sales, customer success, and operations.
You'll work directly with our CEO to identify, engage, and hire outstanding candidates.
Responsibilities
โข Source and engage high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruiting channels
โข Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
โข Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies
โข Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
โข Improve recruiting processes and candidate experience
โข Help us establish a scalable hiring function
Qualifications
โข 5+ years of recruiting experience
โข Experience recruiting software engineers and other technical talent
โข Experience recruiting sales and go-to-market professionals
โข Experience working with startups or high-growth companies
โข Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
โข Excellent communication and organizational skills
โข Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Nice to Have
โข Experience in SaaS, HR Tech, Recruiting Technology, or Staffing
โข Experience helping companies scale from fewer than 20 employees
Compensation
