Hiring: Experienced Frac Technician (Supervisor or Shop Lead)
Located: Shreveport, Louisiana
Company: Resource Energy Equipment
REE is seeking a well-seasoned Frac Technician to join our team in Shreveport, LA. We have our sights set for a skilled professional with strong diagnostic abilities and hands-on experience working on Frac equipment.
Qualifications:
• Extensive experience with CAT Tier 2, Tier 4, MTU4000, and CUMMINS engines
• Strong knowledge of power ends (GD, SPM, Valvetech, etc.)
• Experience with transmissions (CAT, Twindisc, Allison, etc.)
• Proficient in electronic controls (MDT, CAT, etc.)
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
Responsibilities:
• Servicing and maintaining rental equipment to ensure proper operating conditions
• Supporting customers to keep their equipment in full utilization
• Willing to travel as needed
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
Schedule:
• Full-Time
• Monday - Friday (weekends as needed)
• Able to travel is required
