Job description

Rockmart Fuel Containment is seeking a dedicated Heater Helper to join our team at our Rockmart facility. This full-time, regular position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about contributing to the aerospace industry and are at the beginning of their career journey.
As a Heater Helper, you will play a crucial role in supporting the production process by assisting with the operation of heating equipment used in the manufacturing of aerospace components. Your primary responsibilities will include breaking out and removing plaster and cardboard forms from fuel cells, monitoring heating equipment, assisting with the setup and breakdown of heating elements, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong commitment to workplace safety, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The successful candidate will be someone who is eager to learn, reliable, and has a strong work ethic. MUST BE US PERSONS
Required Experience
  • Less than 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Experience with basic machinery and equipment preferred, but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Any hands-on experience in a technical or mechanical role is beneficial
  • Exposure to a team-oriented workplace and the ability to collaborate effectively
  • History of reliable attendance and punctuality in previous positions
  • Must grip hand tools, including rubber headed "sledgehammer", and measuring instruments and use appropriately.
  • Must work in standing and/or seated position.
  • Bending and stooping required.
  • Experience in following both written and verbal work instructions
