We're seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead the startup and ongoing operation of our frac sand mining and processing facility. If you have a proven track record of leading teams and optimizing performance in mining, aggregate, or other heavy industrial processing environments, we want to hear from you!


What You'll Do
Lead all mining and processing operations, including mining, screening, drying, storage, and loadout.
Develop production schedules to maximize efficiency and meet customer demand.
Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team focused on safety and continuous improvement.
Ensure product quality through rigorous testing and adherence to quality standards.
Manage budgets, operating costs, inventory, and logistics to achieve financial and operational goals.
Maintain compliance with MSHA, environmental regulations, and company safety policies.
Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance plant performance.

Requirements

 What We're Looking For 

  • 10+ years of plant or mining operations management experience; frac sand or aggregate experience strongly preferred. 
  • Demonstrated success leading teams and improving operational performance. 
  • Strong knowledge of frac sand processing, material handling systems, and plant equipment.  
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.  
  • Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field or equivalent industry experience. 
  • MSHA Part 46 certification or the ability to obtain it.
