NOW HIRING – DAF MECHANIC for the West Texas area

Trovec Services is looking for an experienced DAF (Dissolved Air Flotation) Mechanic to join our team in West Texas.

If you understand water treatment systems, pumps, air systems, skimmers, and chemical injection, we want to talk to you.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working on DAF units (oil & gas or industrial water treatment)

• Strong troubleshooting skills (mechanical & electrical preferred)

• Knowledge of pumps, gearboxes, bearings, seals, air compressors

• Ability to work in field conditions across West Texas

• Self-starter with a safety-first mindset

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair DAF systems

• Perform preventative maintenance

• Support frac water, produced water, and recycling operations

• Keep systems running efficiently in demanding environments

We operate across the Permian Basin, supporting water treatment facilities, frac-on-the-fly, recycling systems, and production operations.
