Our Fracturing Operators are an important part of our field operating team. As part of any team at Calfrac it is important to always be safety minded while also being able to complete your duties in a timely and effective manner. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, driving equipment to site, preparing the well site for operation and, mixing and pumping fluids during each stage of our fracturing jobs.

COMPENSATION:
  • Competitive compensation based on experience and credentials, $85,000 to $135,000 first year, DOE
  • Generous Vacation, sick and Paid Holidays
  • Earn a Class A CDL with CWS CDL Training Reimbursement Program for Non-CDL holders
  • Paid training opportunities
  • $40 a day per diem when working and staying away from home district and food not provided
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) - provided to each new hire specific to each position

SCHEDULE:
  • Fifteen (15) days on Six (6) days off
  • Rotate from Days to Nights after days off
  • 12+ hour shifts
  • Consistent high amounts of overtime available

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Previous industry experience preferred
  • Valid Class A CDL preferred
  • Satisfactory MVR
