Join our dynamic Sales Team as an Oil & Gas Field Sales Representative, bringing our expertise and solutions directly to our valued customers at rig and frac sites. As the on-the-ground representative, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and building strong relationships with assigned accounts within your designated region. This role focuses on driving sales growth by promoting our fuel and lubricant services to Operators and Rig/Frac contractors, enabling us to become the go-to resource for their needs.


Knowledge of fuel and lubricants is highly desirable, and experience in the Oil & Gas sector is a strong advantage. Competitive compensation includes Salary + Commission, Vehicle Allowance, and a Fuel Card.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular site visits to new and existing customer rig/frac locations each week
  • Actively manage and grow customer accounts at the field level
  • Cultivate strong relationships within assigned regions to gain strategic positioning, retain existing business, and expand revenue opportunities
  • Utilize and navigate Delta's CRM (Salesforce) effectively, updating daily to reflect account activity
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and operational guidelines
  • Generate and submit quotes for customers and diligently follow up to drive the sales process
  • Collaborate with supervisors to review monthly budgets and expenses, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Represent our company at trade shows and industry events, embodying our brand's expertise and professionalism

Requirements


  • Preferable knowledge in lubricants, with frac and rig experience a plus
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to understand and anticipate client needs
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in basic email and PC functions; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Understanding of business practices related to purchasing, pricing, shipment, and payment
  • Capable of learning and articulating product-specific information to effectively communicate features and benefits
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, with a competitive edge, strong organizational skills, and a proven record of sales success

Travel: Frequent travel within the sales area is required, with occasional extended travel as necessary.
