Jump into a fast-paced, high-demand role supporting active oil & gas frac sites. As a Water Operator, you’ll be a key part of the operation—keeping water systems running safely and efficiently while gaining valuable field experience.

📍 Based out of Athens yard with travel to sites across Cranberry, Zelienople, Dubois, and into West Virginia

🔥 What You’ll Do

• Monitor water systems, tanks, pumps, and equipment on active sites
• Set up and break down hoses, pumps, and jobsite equipment
• Keep frac operations running smoothly and safely
• Operate and maintain pumps, generators, and tools
• Load/unload and organize materials on-site
• Support team operations and communicate with supervisors
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment at all times

💪 What It Takes

• 6+ months of experience in oil & gas, construction, general labor, landscaping, or similar
• Ability to work long hours (60–90 hrs/week) — BIG pay potential 💰
• Comfortable with 12–14 hour shifts, including nights & weekends
• Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and working outdoors
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety

This is a Contract position based out of Washington, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
