Job description

Financial Program Controls Analyst – AMRAAM Sustainment Team, Tucson, AZ (Onsite) The Air Dominance Portfolio seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Program Controls Analyst to join the AMRAAM Sustainment team. The analyst will collaborate closely with Program Managers, Control Account Managers, Integrated Product Team Leads, Finance Leadership, and Operations Supply Chain. This role plays a critical part in the setup and execution of multiple contracts, providing essential financial oversight and guidance to ensure program success.

What You Will Do

Perform detailed financial analysis as a key member of the finance team. Define and understand monthly variances to budget and Estimate at Completion (EAC) position. Perform quarterly estimates at completion and monthly latest revised estimate, utilizing additional metrics and tools. Complete monthly CDRLs with quick turnaround times to meet customer deadlines. Ensure the successful execution of the program. What You Will Learn Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly variance and data analysis. Update financial reports and presentations for program leadership. Develop and support Quarterly Estimate‐at‐Completion (EAC) / Monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE). Process approved Budget Change Requests (BCR) and incorporate changes into control systems. Support FP '&' A monthly cadence as needed.

Qualifications

Must Have Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field. Experience with data analysis, reporting, and/or process improvement. Experience with MS Office, e.g., Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting). Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‐issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.

Strong organizational skills and ability to meet critical deadlines. Analytical, problem‐solving, and decision‐making skills. Capacity to work in a fast‐paced, multi‐tasking environment across multiple program issues. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, at all management levels. Full‐time onsite availability in Tucson, AZ.
