The Raytheon Business Process team is seeking a Finance Business Solutions Senior Manager to support Finance digital enablement, process transformation, and data strategy for the enterprise Finance organization. The role includes execution of Finance capabilities across the program lifecycle and coordination with stakeholders across Raytheon and RTX.

What You Will Do

The role includes assisting the USAF Sustainment Manager with financial management activities for USAF Sustainment Programs with estimated annual sales of $100M. The candidate will assist with financial analysis and project-related activities in a dynamic environment. This role supports improvement initiatives through the use of Raytheon systems and accounting processes.

  • Assist with gathering data from various systems, performing analysis, and reporting results to management on a monthly basis.
  • Assist in the preparation of program and functional financial forecasts using budget and cost data, monitoring actual costs, and documenting variances to plans and forecasts.
  • Assist in the management of cash receipts by tracking and maintaining metrics to identify cash receipt issues and support cash conversion requirements.
  • Assist in consolidating and analyzing weekly financial data, including sales, profit, cash, and risks and opportunities.
  • Assist in the management of CIP (Receivables) and Unbilled Accounts by coordinating with the Accounts Receivable team, Contracts, and Program Managers to support invoicing activities in accordance with contractual terms.
  • Assist the Program Office with resolving issues related to period of performance, cost in excess, billing code discrepancies, and related items.
  • Assist with contract setup activities and coordinate with Contracts to resolve funding issues.
  • Assist Accounts Receivable with resolving overpayments, underpayments, and liquidation variances.
  • Work with management to address operational and financial issues in accordance with established processes, procedures, and policies.
  • Manage data and prepare reports for management, including support for monitoring and control activities where applicable.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field from an Accredited University with a minimum of 2+ years  related work experience) OR (Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field from an Accredited University with a minimum of 0+ years  related work experience)
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Experience analyzing data and collaborating in a team environment.
  • Experience communicating information in written and verbal formats.

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
