The Global Intelligent Sensing & Reconnaissance (Global ISR) business within the Advanced Products & Solutions (APS) BU of Raytheon, is seeking highly motivated professional to join the Financial Planning & Analysis team based onsite in Westford, Massachusetts.  This lead analyst will be an integral part of the pricing team to ensure successful business growth.  

This is a unique role due to the entity being a Goodrich business and operating as a wholly owned subsidiary.  This role is essential for utilizing transparent estimating & pricing processes and decision making to assist leadership in the continued growth of this business.

Excellent communication skills are required for interactions with, and guidance for, cross-functional teams.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage all aspects of the program level bookings, sales, profit and cash forecast, including data validation and reporting
  • Ownership of all internal FP&A deliverables
  • Monthly and quarterly balance sheet and income statement forecast and analysis
  • Ideal professional experience will be related to financial analysis in a highly matrixed organization
  • Align with accounting on monthly and quarterly accrual timing
  • Meet critical deadlines and develop efficiencies and process improvements

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience
  • Experience in defense or aerospace industry
  • Previous experience with development and Support to AOP and LRP
  • Coordination and support to the budgets and rates organization; assist in FPRP development
  • Experience meeting critical deadlines and develop efficiencies and process improvements
  • Extensive Microsoft Suite knowledge/experience
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to multi-task and be able to support a dynamic team environment
  • Experience working Aerospace/Defense programs
  • Prior experience in an FP&A role in the defense industry
  • Working knowledge of SAP and other industry standard financial tools
  • Experience with government contracts
  • Ability to apply, interpret, and provide financial guidance on Raytheon Policies and Procedures

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
