Overview
Chronic Care Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and operational analytics initiatives across the organization. This fully remote role will work closely with leadership teams to analyze financial performance, develop reporting tools, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with financial analysis, reporting platforms, and business intelligence tools, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports, dashboards, and executive presentations
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning activities
  • Build, maintain, and improve Power BI dashboards and reporting tools
  • Utilize QuickBooks and related financial software to monitor reporting accuracy and financial performance
  • Use Google Analytics, Gemini Analytics, and related tools to evaluate operational performance metrics
  • Interpret data related to profitability, expenses, revenue, workforce utilization, and operational efficiency
  • Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and departmental teams
  • Evaluate financial models and reporting metrics to support organizational strategy
  • Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and accuracy of financial and operational data
  • Identify opportunities for reporting automation and process improvement
  • Maintain compliance with organizational policies and reporting standards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field (equivalent experience may be considered)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, business intelligence, or related analytical roles
  • Must live in, or near, Charleston, South Carolina.
  • Experience using QuickBooks, Power BI, Google Analytics, Gemini Analytics, or similar accounting and analytics platforms
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a remote environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Nice to Have:
  • Experience within healthcare staffing or healthcare operations
  • Experience with KPI tracking, forecasting, and operational analytics
