The Bilingual Chinese Speaking Warehouse Assistant plays a key role in supporting warehouse operations by managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and ensuring effective communication within a small team. Fluency in Chinese is essential to facilitate smooth interactions with Chinese-speaking colleagues and vendors, promoting efficiency across all warehouse activities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with receiving, storing, and distributing warehouse materials and products.
  • Support order picking, packing, and shipping tasks accurately and on time.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and proper labeling.
