Bilingual Russian Caregiver Needed

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and professional bilingual (Russian) caregiver to provide high-quality, person-centered care to a client in their home. The ideal candidate is fluent in speaking Russian, has excellent communication skills, and is committed to promoting the client's comfort, safety, and independence.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

  • Provide companionship and emotional support.

  • Prepare light meals and assist with feeding if needed.

  • Perform light housekeeping related to the client's care.

  • Remind clients to take medications as directed (no medication administration unless authorized).

  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed.

  • Observe and report any changes in the client's condition to the care team.

  • Communicate effectively with the client, family members, and agency staff in speaking Russian.

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment.
    Bathing/showering assistance and safety supervision

Qualifications

  • Fluent in speaking Russian (required).

  • Previous caregiving experience preferred.

  • HHA, CNA, or PCA certification preferred (if applicable).

  • Reliable, compassionate, patient, and professional.

  • Ability to work independently and follow a care plan.

  • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
