Outside Sales | Residential Roofing | Full-Time | South Brunswick County

Fortitude Roofing is hiring an experienced Roofing Sales Representative for a full-time, outside sales role serving Shallotte, NC and South Brunswick County.

This position is ideal for professionals with residential roofing or home service sales experience who are looking for long-term growth with a high-performing roofing company. We are not a low-price, high-volume contractor. We compete on quality workmanship, homeowner trust, and consistent execution.

Roofing Sales Representative Responsibilities
  • Generate and close residential roofing sales in the Shallotte and South Brunswick County area

  • Perform roof inspections and evaluate storm, wind, and age-related damage

  • Educate homeowners on roofing systems, materials, and insurance claim processes

  • Prepare accurate roofing estimates, proposals, and scopes of work

  • Manage leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity through the sales process

  • Coordinate with production and customer service teams to ensure project success

  • Represent Fortitude Roofing with professionalism, transparency, and accountability

Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of home service or roofing sales experience (required)

  • Strong understanding of residential roofing systems
