Workforce Forecasting Manager

As Workforce Forecasting Manager, you'll lead the workforce forecasting strategy that keeps our teams ready to deliver legendary customer experiences across North America. Use data, trends and business insights to improve workforce planning and support the continued growth of a stable, industry-leading company.

Position Responsibilities

  • Build data-driven workforce forecasts that help Customer Service teams stay ahead of customer demand across North America.

  • Lead and develop the WFM Forecasting team, building a culture of collaboration, high performance and continuous improvement.

  • Partner with Customer Service leaders and cross-functional teams to align staffing strategies with customer demand and business trends.

  • Monitor forecast performance and refine planning approaches to improve accuracy and support operational goals.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance forecasting processes, tools and reporting, presenting recommendations that drive business decisions.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 2+ years in a workforce management leadership role.

  • 3+ years of workforce forecasting and software experience, including demand planning and trend analysis.

  • Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and data analysis.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
