 Responsible for operating cook kettle using a standard formula for the preparation of food products.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Set up equipment for production
  • Place ingredients in kettle according to set formula
  • Maintain accurate processing records, including time and temperature
  • Maintain cleanliness of work area
  • Assist all other cook room positions
  • Follow all plant safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices
Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
