Job description

We are looking for a Blow Mold Machine Operator to join our team in Racine, WI on a full-time basis. This role will be working with our blow molding machine on 2nd shift and ensuring products are made to specifications. This position will also require assisting the Maintenance Tech with color changes and tooling changes on the blow molding machine, as well as minor machine adjustments while the machine is running.

What will your job involve?
  • Trims excess material from molded product
  • Regrinds excess material and unsatisfactory pieces for reuse using grinding machine
  • Lifting 50 pounds throughout the day
  • Weighs finished pieces to determine accuracy of machine operation
  • Makes adjustments to machine controls to correct
  • Assembles product utilizing punch machinery to insert metal components to plastic part
  • Hand feeds metal component to punch machinery
  • Packs boxes of finished parts. Adhering to safety codes and conduct
